Homework Hotline understands how important funding is for students to achieve their goals! We have put together this list of scholarship opportunities for Tennessee students. If you have an opportunity that you would like to be featured here, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Scarlett Family Foundation offers a scholarship for graduating high school seniors, individuals who obtain a GED by June 1st, or college freshmen, sophomore, or juniors. Students must have attended high school in Middle Tennessee’s 40 counties. Other criteria and the application can be found here. Note: Scholarship applications are due in December, and will be open September 2020 for the 2021-22 school year.
EverFi and Fifth Third Bank are hosting a scholarship contest for high school students. Students must complete one course of their online Venture program, and then fill out the application to enter into the contest to receive a $2,500 529 College Savings Scholarship and have their stories featured on everfi.com. In order to qualify and apply, students only need to complete 1/4 of the Venture online course. The courses are, and always will be, completely free.
